Tasks

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to shape, evolve, and scale our visual identity across Europe and the US.

In this role, you will lead the strategic design direction and brand experience for our corporate brand while managing and aligning a portfolio of 10+ multi-market brands. You are an expert in brand design, visual identity, typography, and design systems and you implement AI workflows and AI automation to maximize speed and consistency. If you can turn complex brand positioning into state-of-the-art design languages within an AI-first environment, this is your ideal role.

  • Translate high-level strategic positioning into impactful visual concepts, brand guidelines, and distinctive design languages across our entire multi-brand corporate ecosystem
  • Maintain the visual identity for all our group-brand and sub-brands across Europe and the US, ensuring global consistency
  • Architect and maintain multi-brand design systems in Figma (tokenization, component libraries, typography, color architecture, layout grids) for seamless implementation in digital and print.
  • Implement modern AI design workflow automations (generative AI, automated asset generation, prompt engineering, AI-driven visual testing) to streamline creative output and enhance brand asset creation
  • Design high-end brand templates across digital touchpoints, 360° campaigns, corporate communications, and marketing collateral with focus on aesthetics and consistency
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product and Leadership to bring brand stories to life and foster a collaborative, fast-paced creative culture

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Senior Brand Designer, Corporate Designer, or Brand Strategist
  • Demonstrated experience in generative and agentic AI across the full brand design lifecycle
  • Expert-level mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expert in Branding, Visual Communications, Typography, Color etc.
  • Business-fluent in both English and German (spoken and written) to seamlessly collaborate across our international teams and leadership
  • Highly structured, self-directed, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and an unyielding commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills, a team-first mindset, and the confidence to pitch, articulate, and defend design decisions to multi-stakeholder groups
