Our employees are the cornerstone of our success. In a dynamic market, a wide range of challenging tasks await. That is why we provide targeted support for your professional and personal development. At the same time, we encourage you to have the confidence to take on responsibility and try new things.
Our Feedback Culture
Open, honest and constructive feedback is a key part of personal and professional development for us – in every role. Our employees embody this mindset: we see feedback as an opportunity to improve together.
We have created simple and straightforward feedback processes for day-to-day work. They enable you to provide feedback quickly, informally and on an equal footing – and to receive valuable input yourself.
In regular development reviews with your manager, you reflect on your progress and discuss how your strengths and interests can be utilized to the full. Our training opportunities and development programmes provide you with targeted and personalized support along your journey.
Our Networking Approach
In a large organization, it is important to establish formats that enable effective collaboration, cross-departmental exchange and mutual learning. This means being open to input from others – but also getting involved and sharing one’s knowledge with others. With flat hierarchies and a collegial atmosphere, we provide the ideal foundation for this.
Various formats also promote internal networking and make it easier to build personal networks. These include internal specialist conferences such as TEC Days, special events on topics like Agile, Scrum and Kanban organized by employees for employees, and mentoring schemes. And because exchange and networking should be enjoyable, we place particular emphasis on informal formats such as Brownbag Sessions or Lunch & Learns.
