Tasks
Our team designs and develops the international online platform for the sale of our hosting and cloud products. You will have the opportunity to work in an international and agile environment. As Lead Conversion Optimization Manager, you will play a key role in translating our vision of frictionless user experience into conversions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently managing your optimization projects, monitoring relevant KPIs and creating reports.
- Planning, conception and implementation of A/B tests, their evaluation (e.g. with Adobe Target and Analytics) and presentation of results for hypothesis validation.
- Derivation of recommendations for action and creation of optimization concepts.
- Forming hypotheses to identify further optimization ideas based on ongoing analysis of website data, user research and customer feedback.
- Sharing insights and learnings in the UX and CRO team and throughout the company, as well as advising stakeholders on optimization projects.
Qualifications
You work closely in a team with UX designers, developers and stakeholders from other areas. You are driven to actively shape and continuously optimize the best possible user experience in the area of conflict between people and business. Your team supports you in working in an interdisciplinary and agile environment. - Relevant practical experience in conversion optimization, A/B testing and web analytics.
- Analytical thinking and confident use of analytics and testing tools from Adobe and Google
- Experience in creating test strategies, hypotheses and implementing test plans
- Empathy for users for the qualitative evaluation of the user experience, experience with common user research tools and methods (e.g. mouseflow, heatmaps, usability tests).
- Experience in user experience design and a feel for the psychological aspects of conversion optimization, basic knowledge and experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and business fluent in English.
