Our mission is to help businesses in the web environment build and expand their professional online presence, digital productivity tools, and server needs. You will ensure that our projects are successfully completed, making a significant contribution to the implementation of our portfolio strategy and the further development of our business models.
Tasks
- Planning, controlling, and structuring classic and agile projects in the IT environment, taking into account deadlines, budget, and quality of results.
- Moderating workshops for requirement analysis and effort estimation, as well as project steering.
- Coordinating the teams involved in the project (both internal and external) and handing over projects to daily business operations.
- Developing project methods and standards.
- Preparing decision-making templates for top management.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree or training with a focus on economics, engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Practical experience in project and/or stakeholder management, ideally in the IT environment, as well as familiarity with relevant methods (e.g. IPMA) and tools (preferably Jira).
- Hands-on mentality and ability to concisely summarize complex issues.
- You are enthusiastic about new challenges and remain calm even in complex situations.
- You work in a methodologically structured way and can act in a results-oriented manner.
- You are outgoing and confident in moderation and presentation situations.
