We are not looking for "business as usual." While others are still talking about ChatGPT, we are already building the infrastructure of tomorrow. As part of our Product Management team, we are looking for a 5-member elite unit of tech talents to make our unit "AI-ready." You are not here to make coffee; you will act as an internal consultant and developer in one, helping us "hack" the way we work.

Tasks

• Conduct AI Audits by analyzing our internal processes and identifying opportunities for "AI-ification" to increase efficiency.
• Develop MVP solutions and prototypes, including Custom GPTs, RAG systems for internal documentation, and automation scripts.
• Build RAG pipelines for company knowledge and automate repetitive manual tasks using agentic workflows.
• Enable and coach permanent colleagues in the use of AI tools, focusing on prompt engineering and tool selection.
• Collaborate directly with Product Management and Tech Lead levels to implement state-of-the-art models like GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, and Gemini.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science (at least 4th semester) or a related Master's program.
• Strong technical brain with proficiency in Python and experience working with APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain).
• Practical knowledge of Vector Databases and experience building AI agents is a significant plus.
• Experience in "vibe-coding" and a strong desire to experiment and explore new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, such as Marketing.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
