We are seeking a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Partner Marketing Manager to join our team in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue through our channel partners and support partner acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B and partner marketing, specifically with managing large channel partners (such as MSPs and Distributors), and has a proven track record of developing Market Development Fund (MDF) initiatives.
The working location is either Berlin or Karlsruhe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue through our channel partners in Germany.
- Create and implement MDF initiatives to support channel partner marketing activities, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Support and enhance partner acquisition measures to expand our partner ecosystem, integrating strategic campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product departments, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of partner marketing and acquisition strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine partner marketing strategies and optimize partner acquisition efforts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or a related field, with a focus on channel partners – ideally within the SaaS or Cloud industry.
- Proven success in managing large channel partners and executing partner marketing initiatives, especially MDF.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed B2B environment across multiple countries and departments.
- Fluency in German (C1 level) and English is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
