Tasks

• Support in managing and calculating agent commissions.
• Creation, maintenance, and optimization of Excel reports.
• Use of advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
• Automation of processes and reports using VBA/macros.
• Analysis and preparation of data to support the Agent Sales team.
• Close collaboration with other departments to ensure data quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• You are studying a business‑related or technical degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mathematics).
• Very good Excel skills, especially VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, macros, and VBA.
• Analytical and structured way of working with a strong affinity for numbers.
• Some experience handling large data sets is a plus.
• Self‑initiative, reliability and a pronounced team orientation.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
