Tasks

• Design and implementation of user-centered design solutions for various digital products and platforms
• UX research team to implement insights into user-centered designs
• Analysis of usability tests and user feedback for continuous improvement of the user experience
• Ensuring consistency of design elements and user guidance across all digital touchpoints
• Analysis and improvement of UX processes using Artificial Intelligence
• Application of AI-powered tools for usage analysis and optimization of designs & content

Qualifications

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Design, Computer Science, Media Informatics or a related course of study
• Good knowledge of common tools for UX design such as Figma, etc.
• Experience in designing user interfaces, interaction design, and information architecture
• Passion for design, creativity, and an eye for aesthetics
• Teamwork, communication skills, and independent work style
• Ideally, first experiences in the field of UX design through internships or projects
• Knowledge of the application of AI-powered tools (e.g. chatbots, GPT, automated usability tests, machine learning in the UX area)
