Tasks

  • 1st and 2nd Level Support: You will receive IT requests via phone, email, and ticketing system, analyze problems, and solve them independently or forward them to the responsible departments.
  • Troubleshooting: You will assist our employees with questions about hardware (PCs, laptops, printers), standard software, and our internal applications.
  • User Administration: You will manage user accounts and access rights in our system.
  • Documentation: You will accurately document all requests and solutions in our ticketing system and help maintain our knowledge base.
  • Hardware Management: You will assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Completed education in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification. Initial professional experience in IT support is an advantage.
  • Technical Know-how: Good knowledge of hardware (PCs, laptops, printers), operating systems (Windows, macOS), and Microsoft 365 (Office applications, Teams, Outlook).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
  • Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Personal Strengths: Team player, reliable, and highly motivated to learn.
