Ralph Dommermuth GmbH & Co. KG Beteiligungsgesellschaft concludes share purchases for the acquisition of approx. 7.84 % of the shares in United Internet AG; Ralph Dommermuth will not make a voluntary acquisition offer to the shareholders of United Internet AG

Montabaur, 22 December 2021. Today, Ralph Dommermuth informed the company that Ralph Dommermuth GmbH & Co. KG Beteiligungsgesellschaft, an entity controlled by Ralph Dommermuth, concluded share purchase agreements today for the acquisition of 15.2 million shares in United Internet AG, corresponding to approx. 7.84 % of the shares in United Internet AG ("Block Acquisitions"). Upon consummation of the Block Acquisitions, the stake controlled by Ralph Dommermuth in United Internet AG will increase to approx. 50.10 %.

Today, Ralph Dommermuth also informed the company that, due to the Block Acquisitions, he will not make the considered voluntary acquisition offer for 17 million shares in United Internet AG to the shareholders of United Internet AG to increase his shareholding in United Internet AG. Ralph Dommermuth, however, considers further opportunistic purchases of shares in United Internet AG on or off the stock exchange in the next year.
