International Customer Experience Manager (m/f) for GMX International

We are seeking to reinforce our Customer Operations & Experience Management department for our French and English-speaking GMX e-mail service, with the following core tasks:
- Ensuring an optimal customer experience for customers of the brands mail.com and GMX International.
- Providing an interface in process-relevant inquiries to other departments and to external partners.
- Supporting product management in conceiving features and communication measures from the market and customer perspective.
- Managing 1st level support and operational 2nd level support (answering customer inquiries) and creating reports about customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing support-relevant KPIs and deriving appropriate measures as well as assessing the potential for improvement in respect of cost, efficiency and effectiveness.
You are a motivated team player who thrives on working independently and on your own authority. In addition to technical or commercial training, you have some years of professional experience in customer-oriented and/or service-related activity.
- You are fluent in business English and are a French native speaker.
- You have knowledge of Internet and e-mail applications and enjoy technical challenges.
- You have a keen eye for detail, yet do not lose sight of the big picture and like to see successful closure of projects.
- You have a structured, careful and goal-oriented way of working. In addition, you are service-, quality- and customer-oriented and quickly able to assimilate complex issues.
- You quickly and independently get used to new topics and technologies, communicate effectively and enjoy working in a team.
