As a BI Project Manager or Business Engineer with a focus on Business Intelligence (BI), would you like to play a key role in driving forward our company-wide data strategy? Then you've come to the right place! With your specialist knowledge, you will support the specialist departments in the targeted derivation of requirements and take responsibility for the successful implementation of projects. You will take the technical lead in the design of our BI products and coordinate an international and cross-functional team.

Tasks

• Recording and evaluating the technical requirements for our BI solutions 
• Converting the requirements into technically feasible concepts
• Managing a cross-functional and international team for implementation
• Continuous evaluation of new technologies and best practices to improve and optimize BI processes
• Advising the specialist departments on issues relating to our CTO BI topics

Qualifications

For this exciting position, you have a degree in business informatics, technical business administration or a comparable degree. The following points are also part of your personality or part of your professional career to date.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering or project management
• You have experience in the field of business intelligence or data analysis
• You have already had in-depth contact with classic and agile project frameworks in the past and can convey and exemplify the corresponding mindset.
• You are characterized by excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex contexts in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
• English is no problem for you in your day-to-day work.

Good to have: 

• You have a high technical affinity and a strong hands-on mentality
• You are familiar with classic BI and data warehouse concepts and ideally have conceptual experience in working with BI platforms
• You have basic technical knowledge of SQL or programming languages suitable for data analysis
