The IONOS Service Integration team is on the hunt for a lively and experienced (Senior) Trainer to spice up our innovative and fast-paced working environment. As a Trainer, you'll be the guiding star for our product teams, leading them through the wild ride of service lifecycles - from creation and launch to the final stages of operation. Tasks

• Hands-On Training: Design and deliver engaging, hands-on engineering training sessions in a Cloud Native software wonderland.
• Document Dynamo: Bring order to the chaos by systematizing documentation standards across the teams you support.
• Code Maestro: Help standardize coding practices and integration methods across our diverse product teams.
• Development Rambo: Dive into the daily development buzz, actively engaging in the workflows of our product teams.

Qualifications

• Teaching Luminary: You can turn a snooze-fest topic into a riveting tale and make complex concepts crystal clear.
• Engineering Extraordinaire: You've got a track record of developing, testing, and deploying top-notch code, preferably in Go.
• Web Services Wizard: Your understanding of web services, including REST and OpenAPI, is nothing short of magical.
• Kubernetes Guru: You build Kubernetes operators, controllers, and Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) like a pro, and use Kubernetes to manage containerized applications with flair.
• Architecture Ace: You've got the knowledge and hands-on experience in software architecture.
• Cloud Connoisseur: You navigate cloud environments like a seasoned traveler.
• Eager Learner: Show a willingness to independently acquire new topics and continuously improve your skills.
• Travel Enthusiast: You're open to occasional travel (up to 5%) for work.
