The HR Business Partner (m/f/d) is responsible for advising and supporting one or more executive board areas, along with executives and employees, in all matters related to the Employee Lifecycle. Proactive management and addressing of HR-relevant topics such as organizational development, performance management, and change management.

  • Advising and supporting executive board areas and department heads on labor law, HR processes, compensation, etc.
  • Development and implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, and programs.
  • Organizational development and change management.
  • Performance management.
  • Design and further development of HR business partner processes.
  • Design and implementation of transformation and restructuring measures.
  • Professional stakeholder management.
  • Providing HR reports and KPIs.
  • Initiating and supporting national/international HR projects for the introduction of new HR tools, processes, etc.
  • Advising and coaching the executive board and department heads – mentoring and coaching other HR functions.


  • Extensive work experience as an HR Business Partner in the HR department of a larger company, preferably in an internationally operating company.
  • Business or psychology degree or a comparable education.
  • Good facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High customer and results orientation.
  • Flexibility and independent work style.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law, social security, and wage tax law.
  • Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, and SAP R/3 HR is desirable.
  • Fluent in German and English both spoken and written.

Berlin or Karlsruhe are possible places of work.
